Could They (Members of the Admin) Be Any Dumber?

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that the notion of pairing our troops with Iraqi police, sending them on missions in inadequately armored vehicles, and garrisoning the same troops in Iraqi police departments was a huge blunder.
