Sad News: Aide to Jim Webb Dies


Fred Hutchins (Frederick W. Hutchins Jr., 26, of Roanoke), Aide to US Senator Jim Web (D-VA), died today. Here's the article.
The Roanoke Times reports,

"Authorities in Botetourt County this morning discovered the body of a well-known Democratic operative and U.S. Senate aide along U.S. 220, dead from an apparent gunshot wound."

Fred had a contagious smile, passion for politics, and a drive to get things done, not just for our party, but for our state and country. This is a terrible loss.
