Rankings Show that When Votes Are Examined, Democrats Support the Troops, Repugs Don't Even Come Close

86 Members of Congress Score "D" or "F" on Issues that Matter to Iraq and Afghanistan Vets. George Felix Allen got a D+. In the Senate, the best Republican didn't score as high as the worst Dem. When important votes go down, Allen and the GOP gives vets thumbs down. Or, Allen tries to steal Dick Durbin's bill that would increase medical care for brain injured vets. Allen had voted to cut such help in half, then tries to pass Durbin's as his own. How low can you go? (Answer: For Allen, we are still seeing new examples every day.)
